New cable attachments came in today! I can see why everybody likes these so much. They are extremely similar to the 2 MAG attachments I already have. Material coating feels almost identical, shapes are very similar, but the grips are a bit different. One significant difference I also noticed is the size/weight of the smaller close grip attachments. They are about twice the size and weight of the MAG attachment.
As @basementbrandon can attest, #allplatesmatter 😁 some light speed work today. 95KG/209lbs + 20KG/44lbs in band tension. 8x2 at 45 second intervals.
Some light work again with today's variation. Worked up to a top single at 110KG/243lbs + 10KG/22lbs of chains. Feeling good so far and it's great to be back to moving a bit heavier weight!
Keeping things light today as I let my body reacclimate to max effort work. 3 singles at 165KG/364lb + 25KG/55lb of chains on the RhinoFlex.
